Built in 1776 by Swedish-born dyer Jacob Holmblad, Holmblads Gård is a typical merchant’s house, that consists of a front house, a side house and a warehouse. Tresor created a development plan that included a full renovation project, partial conversion from commercial to residential as well as operational optimization. Sold prior to construction.
